    Notice on rejected transactions abroad

    According to the new Tariffs from 1st of October 2021, for each declined transaction for debit or credit card payment abroad, including internet payments considers a fee in amount of 35 RSD. Please note that the credit card fee applies if the credit limit is activated after 5.10.2021. We emphasize that the amount of this fee is in line with the actual costs that the Bank has on this basis.

    Due to the planned works on the IPS payment system, this service will not be available to banking apps users on Saturday, March 5, 2022, from 5 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. After this period, IPS payments are expected to be executing without any issues.
