You can provide all the data needed to apply for Mobi Banka’s loan products in just one click, via the eGovernment service: My Data for Bank. 

 

Mobi Banka is one of the first banks in Serbia to support this eGovernment service and enables its customers to get the data necessary to apply for a loan and forward them to Mobi Banka easily, completely online, saving their time and money. 


Apart from that, our advisors can give you the parameters for two-factor authentication (eID) that is necessary to use this service as well as other eGovernment services.


The My Data for Bank service is available to the existing customers of Mobi Banka, who want to provide their data in this manner when applying for a loan via the web app or at the point of sale. You can submit your data here



How can I use the My Data for Bank service? 


These are the steps to take when applying for loan products:

  1. Register or log in to the eGovernment portal, with a qualified certificate or two-factor authentication. Find out more about this type of registration on the eGovernment portal.
  2. Select and launch the My Data for Bank service on the eGovernment portal, within the Services option.  .  
  3. When the service launches, select Mobi Banka and click the Download data button. This step also incudes your Personal Data Processing Consent.
  4. By clicking on Forward data, the documents Request for collecting and enabling the forwarding of data and Personal data processing consent will be generated, and will then immediately be sent to Mobi Banka.
  5. After you get the Electronic Delivery Certificate from eGovernment by email, you can find the Product Catalogue in the Mobi Banka web app and select the desired loan product and start the application process. Instead of your income certificate (bank account statements or a certificate of employment), you can attach the Electronic Delivery Certificate you received. 
  6. Based on your personal and financial data, and data on employer, the attached documentation and Credit Bureau report data, the Bank will make a decision on loan approval and inform you about it by SMS and email.


Who can use the service?


The My Data for Bank service is available to the existing Mobi Banka customers, who want to provide their data in this manner when applying for a loan via the web app or at the point of sale. 


This service can be used and Requests for collection and enabling data forwarding can be made only by registered users of the eGovernment portal (eCitizen), whose identity is confirmed by medium or high level reliability electronic identification (two-factor authentication or qualified certificate).

FAQ:


  • I want to apply for a cash loan. How can I apply and submit my data via eGovernment?


After you transfer the data to Mobi Banka via the eGovernment service My Data for Bank, you will get an Electronic Delivery Certificate by email. If you are a customer of the Bank, you can submit a loan application via the web app and when doing that you will attach the Electronic Delivery Certificate obtained through the My Data for Bank service instead of your income certificate (bank account statements or employment certificate). 


  • Can I apply for a loan through a Mobi Banka advisor and submit my data via the My Data for Bank service?


Yes, if you are currently a customer of the Bank, it is enough for you to visit a Mobi Banka Advisor with your valid ID card. Follow the link to see advisor locations.


  • Can I apply for a credit card or authorized overdraft in this manner?

Yes, you can apply for a credit card and an authorized overdraft.


  • Can I apply for a Yettel phone loan in this manner?


Applications for device loans at Yettel shops stay the same as before, so you will not be required to use My Data for Bank. Find more information here.
