    The call to the contact center is free of charge for all Telenor network users, while the other network users, as well as calls in roaming will be charged in accordance with the operators’ tariff.

    Customer service working hours are from 09:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 18:00 on weekends.
