Attempted fraud on social networks


Dear customers,

Fake profiles using the name and logo of Mobi Banka have appeared on social networks. These profiles invite customers to participate in a fake survey in order to allegedly win cash prizes or mobile phones. 

In order to protect your data, please do not access this survey and do not leave your personal information. Additionally, we would like to remind you to not disclose your data and credentials to anyone and to not save them in the browser. In case you have already accessed the fake survey and entered your credentials or your card data, please check immediately your connected devices in Mobi application on the path My bank/Connected devices and remove those that are unknown to you. Also, please contact our Contact Center at 063/9005 or through the Web application as soon as possible.

At the same time, we use this opportunity to remind you that Mobi Banka has only one official profile on Facebook and Instagram, where you can find all relevant information.
