CONSUMER SUPPORT NEWS NOTIFICATION OF TEMPORARY UNAVAILABILITY OF APPLICATION AND SOME SERVICES

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that due to system upgrade and regular maintenance, Telenor banka’s mobile and internet applications will be temporarily unavailable in the period as of Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 22pm till Sunday, March 12, 2017 by 12pm. 
 
If you are using:
Debit MasterCard® card – you will be able to make payments, deposits and withdrawals in dinars, whereas deposits and withdrawals in euros will be temporarily unavailable at Telenor banka’s ATMs.  
Credit MasterCard® card - you will be able to make payments as well as to make withdrawals at Telenor banka’s ATMs. 

During the Bank’s unavailability, card payments and money withdrawals in dinars at ATMs will be possible within the following daily limits:
 
I Cash withdrawal at ATM 80.000 RSD
II Card payments at POS terminals and over the internet 100.000 RSD
Total daily limit (I+II)
150.000 RSD
 
There is a possibility for online payments on some websites to be also non-functional.
