Due to system upgrade and regular maintenance, Telenor banka’s mobile and internet applications will be temporarily unavailable as of June 16, 2018 from 10pm till June 17, 2018 by 4pm.
If you are using:
- Debit MasterCard card – you will be able to make payments, deposits and withdrawals in dinars, whereas deposits and withdrawals in euros will be temporarily unavailable at Telenor banka’s ATMs.
- Credit MasterCard card - you will be able to make payments as well as to make withdrawals at Telenor banka’s ATMs.
During the Bank’s unavailability, card payments and money withdrawals in dinars at ATMs will be possible within the following daily limits:
| I Cash withdrawal at ATM | 80.000 RSD |
| II Card payments at POS terminals and over the internet | 100.000 RSD |
| Total daily limit (I+II) | 150.000 RSD |
There is a possibility for online payments on some websites to be also non-functional.
